Fiscais &gt; Notas Fiscais &gt; Entradas de Fornecedor &#8211; Importar XML<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/imagens.jsfsolucoes.com\/ErgonSAFE\/nfefornecedorxml\/1.png\" alt=\"Menu de acesso \u00e0 importa\u00e7\u00e3o de XML\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"step\">\n<h3>2. Tela de configura\u00e7\u00e3o e carregamento<\/h3>\n<p>Preencha os campos obrigat\u00f3rios como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CFOP Entrada<\/strong> (Ex: 1102 &#8211; Compra)<\/li>\n<li><strong>CFOP Sa\u00edda<\/strong> (Ex: 5102 &#8211; Venda)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Centro de Custo<\/strong> (vincula\u00e7\u00e3o ao financeiro)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marque as op\u00e7\u00f5es conforme sua necessidade:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Refer\u00eancia Fornecedor<\/strong> \u2013 localiza automaticamente o fornecedor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cad. Produtos Novos<\/strong> \u2013 cadastra produtos inexistentes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manter CSTs da NF<\/strong> \u2013 utiliza as tributa\u00e7\u00f5es do XML.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lan\u00e7ar Fatura<\/strong> \u2013 gera fatura no financeiro automaticamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/imagens.jsfsolucoes.com\/ErgonSAFE\/nfefornecedorxml\/2.png\" alt=\"Configura\u00e7\u00f5es iniciais do XML\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"step\">\n<h3>3. CST e Al\u00edquotas<\/h3>\n<p>Defina os c\u00f3digos tribut\u00e1rios e al\u00edquotas para entrada e sa\u00edda:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CST ICMS, IPI, COFINS, PIS<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>CSOSN<\/strong> para Simples Nacional<\/li>\n<li>Voc\u00ea pode aplicar os CSTs de forma geral a todos os produtos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/imagens.jsfsolucoes.com\/ErgonSAFE\/nfefornecedorxml\/3.png\" alt=\"CSTs e Al\u00edquotas\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"dica\"><strong>Dica:<\/strong> Utilize as op\u00e7\u00f5es laterais para zerar bases de c\u00e1lculo ou aplicar o mesmo CST em todos os itens de forma padronizada.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"step\">\n<h3>4. Download XML direto da SEFAZ<\/h3>\n<p>Com um certificado digital v\u00e1lido, selecione o tipo de manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o (Ex: Ci\u00eancia da opera\u00e7\u00e3o), informe a chave da NF-e e clique em <strong>Download XML DFe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/imagens.jsfsolucoes.com\/ErgonSAFE\/nfefornecedorxml\/4.png\" alt=\"Download XML com certificado\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"step\">\n<h3>5. Buscar NF-es destinadas<\/h3>\n<p>Na aba <strong>Buscar SEFAZ (Destinadas)<\/strong>, filtre pelas notas emitidas para seu CNPJ:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use campos como <strong>N\u00famero, S\u00e9rie, Modelo, Valor<\/strong> e datas.<\/li>\n<li>Marque a caixa <strong>\u00dalt. NSU<\/strong> para trazer apenas os mais recentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o filtro, clique em <strong>Importar<\/strong> ou <strong>Pre-Visualizar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/imagens.jsfsolucoes.com\/ErgonSAFE\/nfefornecedorxml\/5.png\" alt=\"Consulta de NF-es na SEFAZ\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"step\">\n<h3>Boas Pr\u00e1ticas<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Verifique se os dados fiscais (CFOP, CST, al\u00edquotas) est\u00e3o corretamente parametrizados antes de importar.<\/li>\n<li>Se a empresa utiliza controle de estoque, verifique se o produto est\u00e1 cadastrado com unidade, c\u00f3digo e pre\u00e7o compat\u00edveis.<\/li>\n<li>Recomendado deixar marcada a op\u00e7\u00e3o &#8220;Cad.
